# Environments

We have two environments: 

* [sandbox](https://sandbox-app.carbonregistry.com) 
  * api endpoint: <https://sandbox-api.carbonregistry.com>
* [production](https://app.carbonregistry.com)
  * api endpoint: <https://api.carbonregistry.com>&#x20;

Sandbox should be used for testing before using the production API.
