### Bio

Will is a climate finance and impact investment executive with over 20 years’ expertise in carbon markets, nature-based solutions, and clean energy project finance.&#x20;

A former lawyer, and previously part of the founding management team at Respira International, he has held senior positions at Ecosecurities, Investing for Good and SEFE Marketing & Trading. He specializes in the structuring of multi-year carbon sale and purchase agreements and has led carbon credit sales to corporations in both voluntary and compliance markets. Currently, he serves as a lead consultant for the Symbiosis Coalition helping drive the commercial diligence and contract negotiations required to secure 20 million tonnes of high-quality nature-based removals by 2030.
