# Chief Operating Officer (COO) (old)

**Chief Operating Officer (COO)**: Oversees the company's daily operational functions and ensures that the business runs efficiently.

* **Business Development:** Leads initiatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion and new partnerships.
* **Operations Management:** Oversees the day-to-day operational aspects of the company, ensuring efficient and effective business processes.
* **Financial Oversight:** Management of the company's financial operations, including budgeting and financial planning.
* **Partnership Management:** Develops and maintains strategic relationships with business partners, stakeholders, and vendors.
* **Management or Personnel:** Oversees personnel across various units, ensuring effective team management, personnel development, and resource allocation.
* **Reporting:** Responsible for compiling and delivering regular operational reports to the ICR board, providing insights into business performance, challenges, and opportunities.
