\[2] Project fees are based on Annual Average Project Value which is determined by calculating average projected, validated and verified ICCs under custody on an end-of-year basis, net of retirements. Pricing is based on prevailing wholesale market pricing data, sourced from independent data providers, and relevant project sales information to ensure that the applicable fee tier reflects the project’s true market value.

\[2] Included in project fees are pre-registration, registration review, periodical review of verification and issuance requests, risk assessment by [Kita ](https://www.kita.earth)and project rating by [MSCI](https://www.msci.com).
