  • Ensuring that the Quality Management System (QMS) conforms to the requirements of international standards.

  • Guaranteeing that ICR's processes are effective and deliver their intended outputs.

  • Regularly reporting on the performance of the QMS and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Promoting a customer-focused culture throughout the organization.

  • Maintaining the integrity of the QMS, especially during the implementation of changes.

Impartiality and Integrity:

The ICR upholds the highest standards of impartiality in all its activities. We ensure that all decisions, particularly those affecting the registration of climate projects and issuance of carbon credits, are conducted fairly, objectively, and free from any undue influence or conflict of interest. Our commitment to impartiality is integral to maintaining the credibility and integrity of the ICR and the trust of all stakeholders.

Customer Focus and Stakeholder Engagement:

We prioritize the needs and expectations of our stakeholders, including project proponents, project developers, validation and verification bodies, accreditation bodies, organizations and other stakeholders.
