What proponents need to consider

1. Review the updated documentation and templates.

2. If you have not started validation you need to update your documentation to align with the update.

3. If you have started validation we recommend aligning with the updated documentation. If not you have until 31.12.2024 to complete the validation for alignment to version 5 of the program.

4. If you have completed validation we recommend you update your project documentation and conduct a gap-validation for alignment to the new version during next verification.

5. We kindly ask proponents that have already registered their project to complete the ICR Tool for Environmental and Socio-economic Safeguards and Sustainable Development and upload to the registry, irrespective if they intend to align with the new version.
