• Guaranteeing that ICR's processes are effective and deliver their intended outputs.

• Regularly reporting on the performance of the QMS and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Promoting a customer-focused culture throughout the organization.

• Maintaining the integrity of the QMS, especially during the implementation of changes.

Impartiality and Integrity:

We ensure that all decisions, particularly those affecting the registration of climate projects and issuance of carbon credits, are conducted fairly, objectively, and free from any undue influence or conflict of interest.
