# Non-Performance Report

A Non-Performance Report is a document that is used to report instances where a project has failed to meet its validated GHG emissions mitigations. It acknowledges that the project activities did not achieve the expected or promised emissions mitigations, and this failure is documented in the report with proposed actions to meet any GHG emission mitigations issued as ex-ante ICCs.
