The ICR´s Leadership has developed policies, approved by the ICR board, that guide the approach in ICR´s operations to ensure the quality of ICR´s services and protect the reputation and credibility of the organization's activities.
Policies are issued as independent documents and are built into ICR's operation. They are communicated internally and externally so that personnel, external parties, clients, and stakeholders are aware of ICR´s policies.
