# Project Design Description and Monitoring Report

A Project Design Description and Monitoring Report is a document that describes project activities and demonstrates that a proposed project conforms to the ICR requirement document and the ISO 14064-2. Further, it provides monitoring and quantification of greenhouse gas (GHG) emission mitigations generated by a specific project for a specific monitoring period.
